The couple entered Laura’s apartment, dropping all of the shopping bags on the floor and Max collapsed to the nearest chair.

“As long as I’ve known you, I cannot comprehend why you’re never utterly

“It’s a thrill of hunt. It’s an euphoric experience.” Laura said, walking away to tidy their purchases.

Before she had the chance to, Max pulled her hands to stop her.

“Have a seat, would you?” Max begged, while Laura giggled to his invitation and walked towards the chair.

He stopped her when she tried to sit on the arm chair. Laura pulled off a confused look at him.

“Oh I get it, you want me to straddle you.”

Laura circled her arms on his neck, moved her legs to each side of his waist and placed herself unto his lap.

“Well, this didn’t went as expected. Thought you weighed as light as you look.”

“Excuse me?” she said, attempting to get off him but he captured her body with a hug, trapped in his arms.

Irritated, she shot him with a don’t-you-dare look straight into his eyes.

       “You were saying?”

He shut his mouth shut, even hid his lips inside and shook his head.

“You’re so cute when you shut your mouth.” Laura said, squeezing his cheeks with both of her bare hands then quickly pulled his face to her lips for a peck.
